Asmat Mart Limited, trading as Potensic Drones, is responsible for the personal information handled through potensicdrones.com. Our registered business address is 33 Ashwood Road, Nuneaton, CV10 9AZ, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email pontensicdrones@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, email address, optional order number and message when you contact us.
  • Orders and shopping: contact details, billing and delivery addresses, products selected, amounts, payment status, correspondence, and return or refund records. Account details are handled where an account is used.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session information, referral information where recorded, and security or error logs generated when the website is used.

Stripe processes payment-card details through its payment form. We do not store your complete card number or card security code. We receive transaction information needed to administer the order, such as payment status, transaction identifiers and limited payment-method details.

Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, take and fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery, operate accounts, resolve problems and maintain transaction records. Processing needed to provide a requested purchase or take steps at your request before a purchase is based on that contractual purpose.

We also process relevant information to meet legal obligations, including applicable accounting and tax requirements, and for our legitimate interests in securing the website, preventing fraud, managing disputes and providing customer support. Our contact form uses temporary hashed IP-address and email counters to limit repeated submissions. Where we rely on consent for an optional activity, you may withdraw that consent.

Who receives information

Information is shared as needed with service providers that support the store: Hostinger for website hosting and related services; Google/Gmail for enquiries and correspondence; Stripe and the selected payment service for payment processing; and fulfillment and delivery partners for preparing and delivering your order. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet an obligation or handle a claim.

These providers may process information in the United Kingdom, the United States or other countries where they operate. Contact us if you want further information about the providers involved in your order or the transfer arrangements relevant to your information. Stripe explains its own handling of information in its Privacy Policy.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Enquiries are kept for handling the request and related follow-up; order, payment and refund records are kept for fulfilling the purchase and applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements. Security logs, shopping sessions and backups have different purposes and retention needs. We consider those purposes and legal obligations when deciding whether information can be deleted. You may contact us about the retention of a particular record or request deletion where a right to deletion applies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you may request access to or correction of your information, deletion, restriction of use, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and explain where a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.

Contact pontensicdrones@gmail.com to exercise a right or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office or another relevant data-protection authority.
