Products and availability
Review the individual product listing before ordering. The model name alone does not identify the contents of a package: batteries, controllers, chargers and other accessories are included only where the listing says so. Replacement aircraft bodies and parts have their own compatibility and included-item information.
Availability is shown on product pages. We work with fulfillment partners to supply orders. If an availability or listing error prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute another product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Ordering and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and check the order before submitting it. A confirmation email records the order received. If you notice an error, contact us promptly.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the order total, any tax calculated there and the payment methods available for your purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe and are charged at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.
USA delivery
We deliver only within the USA, with free shipping throughout the USA and no minimum order value. Estimated delivery is 4–6 calendar days after order confirmation, including order preparation and transit. Timing can vary by item, availability, destination and carrier conditions. Returns and refunds
We offer 90-day free returns for eligible items, measured from delivery. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and prepaid label or other return arrangement. Conditions and the process are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Your rights relating to damaged, faulty or incorrect goods are preserved.
Using the website and products
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. Keep any account credentials private. Product names, trademarks and website materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights; using this website does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
Follow the instructions supplied with the aircraft, controller and batteries. Check the aviation, registration, airspace and privacy rules that apply where you fly. No additional manufacturer warranty is promised unless the individual listing expressly describes it.

Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply from the date shown and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
