Free shipping throughout the USA

We deliver only within the United States. Shipping is free throughout the USA, with no minimum order value.

Estimated delivery: 4–6 days

Our estimated delivery time is 4–6 calendar days after order confirmation. This estimate includes order preparation and transit. Delivery timing can vary with the item, availability, destination and carrier conditions; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

We work with fulfillment and delivery partners. Dispatch locations can differ by item. Contact us before ordering if you need a product by a particular date or want to confirm its current availability and delivery estimate.

Your address and order

Check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order. Email us promptly if anything needs correcting. An address change may not be possible once the order is dispatched. If items need to arrive separately, we will explain the arrangements and any revised estimate.

Delays and missing parcels

If we learn that we cannot meet the stated shipment or delivery timing, we will contact you with the available information and, where possible, a revised estimate. Where a shipment delay requires your agreement, you may agree to wait or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We will not treat a policy notice as your consent to an indefinite delay.

If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate refund or replacement. We may request relevant photographs or delivery information, but doing so does not remove your applicable consumer rights.

Order costs

Product prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the amount collected by Potensic Drones, including any applicable tax calculated there and free shipping. If a particular fulfillment arrangement would involve a separate import charge, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before dispatch; otherwise, you may cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
